  [BUGFIX]

    * OptArgs2 may modify the passed options specification. The
      optspec returned by a command's Form::Tiny form is cached, but
      not immutable, so this may result in incorrect behavior if the
      form is reused.  Now, pass a clone of the optspec to OptArgs2.

      inherit_optargs plugin config attribute. Which Forms to inherit
      from are specifid by the inherit_optargs_match plugin config
      attribute.
