fixed Makefile.PL to require Test::WWW::Mechanize::Catalyst and moved Test::More and Test::File::Content from PREREQ_PM to TEST_REQUIRES.

To install Catalyst::View::PDF::API2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::View::PDF::API2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::View::PDF::API2
