run flake8 using Code::TidyAll

To install Code::TidyAll::Plugin::Flake8, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Code::TidyAll::Plugin::Flake8

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Code::TidyAll::Plugin::Flake8
