Changes for version 0.009 - 2020-11-16

New features:
hardcoded `=encoding utf8` in generated POD, because Pod::Inherit does not seem to preserve this information.

use Pod::Inherit to provide INHERITED METHODS sections in POD

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PodInherit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PodInherit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::PodInherit
