Changes for version 0.08 - 2018-10-24

Updating for release of version 0.08 Perl 5.8 support is dying off so removing it even if the code would work, also adding tests for 5.26 & 5.28 (Ivan Wills)

To install File::TypeCategories, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::TypeCategories

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::TypeCategories
