Patch Getopt::Long::Descriptive to dump option spec and exit

To install Getopt::Long::Descriptive::Dump, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::Long::Descriptive::Dump

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::Long::Descriptive::Dump
