Fixed CPAN bug #38295 Removed the reliance on Apache2::Request and thus the need for libapreq2
Fixed CPAN bug #33631 Removed unneeded hook specifiers on "use mod_perl2" line.
Added DBI::errstr to log messages resulting from database errors.
Added a configuration option, CASSessionCleanupThreshold. See the manpage.
