Changes for version 1.17 - 2011-03-02

Added 'clean' key to the Makefile.PL.
Removed "-T" from the first line of pod.t, manifest.t and 00-signature.t. It appears to me that Mac OS X doesn't like it, for some reason.

A module for testing and comparing Excel files.

To install Test::Excel, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Excel

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Excel
