fixed dependancy declaration in Makefile.PL This is because Carp prior to 5.8.0 does not have a version set according to the CPAN Testing Collective.
minor documentation changes

use extended apache format config files

in lib/Config/ApacheExtended/Grammar.pm

To install Config::ApacheExtended, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::ApacheExtended

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::ApacheExtended
