flip order of ppport.h and XSUB.h includes to fix duplicate declaration warnings [Thanks Ian Bottomley]
Fix test failures in docker containers because smoke.t assumes $ENV{USER} exists, but in docker this is not (necessarily) true.

Get/Set/Unset Environment Variables on the C level

To install Env::C, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Env::C

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Env::C
