Changes for version 0.04 - 2014-02-14

Lazy loading of the data from CPAN Testers. The site was recently down, and all the test runs failed because of the require test.
Added a SEE ALSO section to doc.

counts of CPAN Testers reports by month or year

To install CPAN::Testers::Reports::Counts, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Testers::Reports::Counts

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Testers::Reports::Counts
