[Incompatible change] Change _cryp key arbit_strategy to arbit_strategies to be more consistent with the other keys.

Perinci::CmdLine::Lite subclass to read entities from config

To install Perinci::CmdLine::cryp, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::CmdLine::cryp

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::CmdLine::cryp
