Changes for version 0.06 - 2016-10-07

Look in $input->{meta} for the bugtracker if none found in $input->{distmeta}. This allows the plugin to work with standalone podweaver where the bug tracker is specified in the META.json or META.yml file. (Thanks mvgrimes.)

Add a BUGS section to refer to bugtracker (or RT as default)

To install Pod::Weaver::Section::Bugs::DefaultRT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Section::Bugs::DefaultRT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Section::Bugs::DefaultRT
