cope with the output from 'git describe' when there are tags, but none can describe the head; just use git describe --always --long

add the results of `git describe` (roughly) to your main module

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::Describe, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::Describe

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Git::Describe
