Perinci-CmdLine-Lite

Changes for version 0.08 - 2014-07-24

Adjust to Getopt::Long::Util 0.46 (required by Perinci::Sub::GetArgs::Argv 0.46) which already sorts options.
BUG FIXES
- Don't add newline if result is an empty string.
- Hasn't retrieved meta yet for version action.
INTERNAL
- Add some tests.
