Changes for version 0.079 - 2014-07-18

  • schedule_Config.pm: add SQL_SCHEDULE_SELECT and SQL_SCHEDULE_DELETE
  • Schedule.pm: fix bug in 'delete' method, implement 'load_by_sid' method
  • t/: clean up several unit test files (unit test files no longer leave any database artifacts behind, so each one starts from a clean slate and can be run independently)
