made show_plugin_list return the plugin list, so that it can be used synchronously.

To install POE::Component::PluginManager::PluginAPI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::PluginManager::PluginAPI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::PluginManager::PluginAPI
