        - Strips out ENTITY tags within DOCTYPE, as custom ENTITY not supported yet. fixes DOCTYPE tag problem. now handles the 5 predefined entities. Do CDATA scan first (before stripping comments) constructor now does not require { }'s in argument list.  fixes problem with metacharacters in tag names fixes problem with newline stripping.
