Cookiesetzung bei PrintHeader verbessert.
Trotzdem gibt es noch Probleme beim Setzen von Cookies wo die Domain besetzt ist.
Nach RFC sonstwie ist alles korrekt; Trotzdem setzt Netscape das Cookie fuer die Domain
als Pfad ein.

Datei-Locking-Funktion geaendert. Die Locking-Funktion arbeitet nurn
mit symbolischen Links. Diese arbeiten atomar.
Aber ACHTUNG: Bei Systemen, auf denen Symlinks nicht arbeiten
kloommt es beim Aufruf der Funktion symlink zu einen Fatal Error.
Deswegen ist web.pm nurmehr fuer Linux/Unix-Systeme geeignet.
