    Fix error in mountpoint method

    In FreeBSD::FileSystem, the mountpoint method was erroneously
    returning the device instead of the mountpoint. Fixed.

    Add FreeBSD::FileSystem class and use it.

    - Added the FreeBSD::FileSystem class. The getfsstat function returns
    an arrayref of hashrefs, each one of these refs represents a
    filesystem. A FreeBSD::FileSystem object can be initialized with one
    of these hashrefs and provides convenient encapsulation. - Added pod
    documentation to FreeBSD::FileSystem, etc. - Minor misc changes.

    Move distribution to Dist::Zilla.

    - Modifications mainly relevant with creating a suitable dist.ini and
    making sure that tests can be run without any problems reported. -
    Had to switch off Perl::Critic check of 'use strict' as the automatic
    insertion of $VERSION by PkgVersion module of Dist::Zilla is being
    done right after the package first line. A workaround would be to use
    strict before the package declaration, but this is awkward.
