	* Zombie events are still not being collected due to mysterious
 	refcnt problems.  It is possible that this cannot be resolved
 	until perl implements tied hashes properly (through a VTBL!).

	* Removed $Event::*::Count since it is superceded by
 	NetServer::ProcessTop.
