      Introduce a new function get_candidates()

        set_opt().
      add a new subroutine init_pipe().
      remove option/functionality "-s" silent
      remove subroutines page_print(), page_say(), page_msg_print(), page_msg_say()
        and replace by a subroutine fh() that returns a filehandle

      In Makefile.PL ==> guard against $^O other than 'MSWin32' or 'linux'
      (otherwise the tests will fail)

      Replace temp filenames by a simple open '>+', undef
      Remove the guard in Makefile.PL, Term::DBPrompt now runs with every Operating System
