        Added support for <if def>.  Now setting '@precompile' to true inhibits
        processing of tags without trailing underscore (<if_>, <loop_>,
        etc.)

        Added support for <eval> and <define>.
        get now calls match_token.
        constructor takes optional filename argument and file argument to
        process and print is now optional.
        improved context description when reporting errors
