Group::Git::Cmd::Todo - Group-Git tools to show combined markdown TODOs

Adds the sub-command todo to group-git, it concatenates all the TODO.md files so you can view a summary of things to do.
todo
group-git
TODO.md
todo ($name)
Reads the TODO.md file from the repository $name.
$name
todo_end ()
Returns the concatenated TODO.md contents for presentation.
