SYNOPSIS

    use Win32::TarUtil qw(:all);

    my $d = tu_extract('C:/test/arch.tar.gz');
    print "Archive has been extracted into '$d'\n";

    tu_wipe('C:/data/dir1');
    tu_copy($d => 'C:/data/dir1');
