FUNCTIONS

fasta2blc ( FASTA-FILE, BLOC-FILE ): Read the FASTA format alignment file FASTA_FILE and write the alignment in BLOC format to BLOC-FILE

To install Bio::Oxbench::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::Oxbench::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::Oxbench::Util
