SYNOPSIS

   Returns weather information from Yahoo Weather APIs!

   weather <country> <city> - View current local area weather information. (ex: weather <south korea> <kangnam>)
   forecast <country> <city> - View local weather forecast information. (ex: weather <south korea> <kangnam>)
