NAME

Kernel::Modules::AdminESCL - escalation interface lib

DESCRIPTION

This module is a interface module and will be access from interface of OTRS. The module has dependency with a external system module named Escalation.pm This module can be called from any perl script. User can download the module and keep it under Kernel/module/AdminESCL.pm or can get the opm file from var/packagesetup/MultilevelEscalation-1.0.1 and get installed as bundel in OTRS.
