Return all instances of the EcNumber entity.
EC numbers are assigned by the Enzyme Commission, and consist of four numbers separated by periods, each indicating a successively smaller cateogry of enzymes.
Example:
all_entities_EcNumber -a
would retrieve all entities of type EcNumber and include all fields in the entities in the output.

The standard output is a tab-delimited file. It consists of the input file with an extra column added for each requested field. Input lines that cannot be extended are written to stderr.
To install Bio::KBase, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
