all_entities_SSRow

Return all instances of the SSRow entity.

An SSRow (that is, a row in a subsystem spreadsheet) represents a collection of functional roles present in the Features of a single Genome. The roles are part of a designated subsystem, and the fids associated with each role are included in the row, That is, a row amounts to an instance of a subsystem as it exists in a specific, designated genome.

Example:

    all_entities_SSRow -a 

would retrieve all entities of type SSRow and include all fields in the entities in the output.

Command-Line Options

-a

Return all fields.

-h

Display a list of the fields available for use.

-fields field-list

Choose a set of fields to return. Field-list is a comma-separated list of strings. The following fields are available:

region

Output Format

The standard output is a tab-delimited file. It consists of the input file with an extra column added for each requested field. Input lines that cannot be extended are written to stderr.
