Config::Strict::UserConstraints - Utility class to register user-defined profiles
This class is used by Config::Strict to register user-defined profiles from bare code blocks and to its type registry.
A class method that wraps the 'constraint' method declaration used by Declare::Constraints::Simple to make a new profile. $message is optional.
