Email-Address-Loose-0.10 - Make Email::Address->parse() loose

WHY NEED THIS?

Because I want to keep Email::Address::Loose's behavior same as Email::Address except local-part.

And I want to make local-part is the same behavior with Email::Valid::Loose.

To install Email::Address::Loose, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Email::Address::Loose

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Email::Address::Loose
