Set the environment variables:
$ source etc/setenvforeu
Before building anything, run
make -f makepods
To install Net::ParSCP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm Net::ParSCP
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install Net::ParSCP
