Tie::File::Indexed::Utf8 - tied array access to indexed data files: utf8-encoded strings
use Tie::File::Indexed::Utf8; tie(my @data, 'Tie::File::Indexed::Utf8', $filename, %options) or die ... ##-- store some utf8 strings $data[0] = "\x{c4}de"; $data[1] = "\x{0372}\x{2107}\x{01a7}\x{a68c}"; ##-- strings are retrieved with the UTF-8 flag set print $data[1];
Tie::File::Indexed::Utf8 provides a Tie::File::Indexed subclass for storing arrays of utf8-encoded strings.
