Babble::Encode - Encoding wrapper for Babble
use Babble::Encode; ... $encoded = to_utf8 ($string); ...
This module provides a wrapper around either Encode or Text::Iconv, whichever is installed on ones computer, to convert an arbitrary string to UTF-8.
Converts its only argument to UTF-8.

To install Babble, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
