CPAN::FirstTime - Utility for CPAN::Config file Initialization
CPAN::FirstTime::init()
The init routine asks a few questions and writes a CPAN::Config file. Nothing special.
To install CPAN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm CPAN
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install CPAN
