- `splitpath (Str $path, Bool ?$nofile) returns Array`

- `catfile (*@_path) returns Str`

- `catpath (Str $volume, Str $directory, Str $file) returns Str`

- `rel2abs (Str $path, Str ?$base) returns Str`
