QWMatrix - Interface to the Qt QWMatrix class

Requires QPoint, QPointArray, and QRect.
new, dx, dy, invert, m11, m12, m21, m22, map, reset, rotate, scale, shear, setMatrix, translate
Except for the operators, fully interfaced.
