Algorithm::ConstructDFA::XS - C++ version of Algorithm::ConstructDFA

Replacement for Algorithm::ConstructDFA written in C++.
Same as construct_dfa in Algorithm::ConstructDFA. The public API should be the same between the two modules if the version numbers match.
