Log::Handler::Plugin::Config::YAML - Config loader for YAML.
use Log::Handler::Plugin::Config::YAML; my $config = Log::Handler::Plugin::Config::YAML->get_config( $config_file );
Expect the config file name and returns the config as a reference.
