Description

App::Sqitch::Engine::firebird provides the Firebird storage engine for Sqitch.

Class Methods

check_if_is_fb_isql

Checks to see if the a command-line client looks like Firebird isql.

locate_firebird

Searches for and returns the path to the isql client.

locate_firebird_ms

Searches for and returns the path to the isql client on Windows.

read_registry

Reads the Windows registry.

registry_keys

Returns a list of Windows registry keys.

registry_lookup

Looks up a value in the Windows registry.

standard_fb_home_dirs

Returns a list of standard Firebird home directories.

Accessors

client

Returns the path to the Firebird client. If --db-client was passed to sqitch, that's what will be returned. Otherwise, it uses the core.firebird.client configuration value, or else defaults to isql (or isql.exe on Windows), which should work if it's in your path.

Instance Methods

connection_string

Constructs a connection string from a database URI for passing to isql.
