Test::Stream::Compare::String - Compare 2 values as strings
This distribution is deprecated in favor of Test2, Test2::Suite, and Test2::Workflow.
See Test::Stream::Manual::ToTest2 for a conversion guide.
This is used to compare 2 items after they are stringified. You can also check that 2 strings are not equal.
Note: This will fail if the recieved value is undefined, it must be defined.
