Test2::Event::TimeoutReset - The timeout on a stalled test process was reset
When a test process does not generate any output for a defined time interval, it is considered stalled. If it stays stalled for long enough, the harness treats the process as having exited. If it generates more output after being considered stalled, this reset event is generated.
