Email::Blaster::Manual::Setup
Install the Perl module:
% cpan install Email::Blaster ...
Install the database tables (MySQL):
% mysql -u xxx -p mysql> create database email_blaster; mysql> quit; % mysql -u xxx -p email_blaster < sbin/email_blaster.sql
Edit the config file (available under t/conf in this distribution).
t/conf
% vi conf/email-blaster-config.xml
Insert some fake data to play with:
% perl fake-transmission.pl
Run the bulk blaster:
% perl email-blaster-standalone.pl
Run the *throttled* blaster:
% perl throttled-blaster.pl
Run email-blaster-standalone.pl for stand-alone mode.
email-blaster-standalone.pl
Run email-blaster-clustered.pl for clustered mode. You will also need to install libmemcached and libevent, as well as Cache::Memcached.

In addition, you will need to adjust the "<cluster>" section of your config file as shown here:
