MARC::Spec::Subspec - subspec specification

MARC::Spec::Subspec is the subspec specification of a MARC::Spec.

Create a new MARC::Spec::Subspec instance.
Returns the spec as a string.
Obligatory. The left subterm: a MARCspec as a string.
Obligatory. The right subterm: a MARCspec as a string.
One of "=", "!=", "~", "!~", "!", or "?". Default is "?".
