config/gen/config_pm.pl - Record configuration data
Writes the Parrot::Config Perl module, the runtime/parrot/library/config.fpmc generator program, and the myconfig file.

To install Ruby, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm Ruby
