SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

Produce a move-,resize-,collapse- and closeable Html Window.

This Module is mainly written for MySQL::Admin::GUI.

But there is no reason to use it not standalone. Also it is much more easier

to update, test and distribute it standalone.
