Ubic::AtomicFile - atomic file operations

use Ubic::AtomicFile; Ubic::AtomicFile::store("blah\n" => "/var/lib/blah");
Store $data into $file atomically. Temporary $file.new will be created and then renamed to $file.

$file
$file.new
