Json-valued CDB dictionary-based phonetic equivalence-class expander. Composite analyzers should also include an 'lts' phonetic analyzer.
DTA::CAB::Analyzer::EqRW::JsonCDB inherits from DTA::CAB::Analyzer::Dict::JsonCDB.

Constructor. Sets the following default options:
