DESCRIPTION

This backend is an informational role for backends which can store arbitrary binary strings.

This mostly has to do with KiokuDB::Backend::Serialize variants (e.g. Storable based serialization is binary safe, while KiokuDB::Backend::Serialize::JSPON is not).
